New NSB Digital Banking Experience
We are thrilled to announce Norway Savings Bank’s new digital banking platform that greatly improves your online and mobile banking experience, both for consumer and business customers alike! The platform is an incredible technological step forward that allows NSB to continue providing you with unrivaled service and the best 24/7 financial tools. The new features extend beyond the benefits listed below, including a consistent customer experience. Whether you use your desktop, tablet, or phone, you can perform the same tasks on each device with a uniform interface. There is no need to learn how to complete tasks on different devices. The enhancements deliver the most efficient and easy to use online experience in our history!
Customer Guidance
When you log in to the new platform for the first time, you will be asked to authenticate yourself using two-factor authentication.
For online banking, simply visit norwaysavings.bank and click on the “Login” box in the upper right corner of the homepage to begin this quick process.
For mobile banking, if you are using an iPhone/Apple product, if the new app does not load when you click on the icon on your screen, delete the app, then go to the app store, search for Norway Savings mobile, then download the new app. Other devices will require you to download the new NSB Mobile app on the Google Play Store.
Personal Bill Pay is available and functioning normally through Online Banking on a desktop or laptop computer and the NSB Mobile App.
The Zelle person-to-person payment service is also available through Online Banking on a desktop or laptop computer. It is NOT available currently through the Mobile App. We are working on a solution to this issue.
