With Norway Savings Ecorp Banking, your money and your financial information are protected by firewalls and strong encryption. Ecorp Banking includes additional security features to protect your business accounts:

  • Security Tokens are issued to all Ecorp Online Banking authorized users to add an additional layer of security. The Token generates a new code each time it is used for log-in and electronic payment transactions.
  • Dual control settings are highly recommended for businesses using wire and ACH transfers. Dual control allows an Authorized User to create, edit, cancel, delete and restore wire transfer requests with his/her User ID, password and Token. A second different Authorized User with his/her User ID, password and Token is then required to approve, release or delete wire transfer requests.

View account balances and recent transaction history, make transfers, pay bills, receive text alerts, and even deposit checks right from your smartphone with the free Norway Savings Mobile Solutions app. Mobile Solutions is safe and secure—bank with confidence on the go, wherever you go.

Norway Savings Bank’s Mobile Solutions app is only available to consumers and business customers with only one banking user (typically, sole proprietorships and businesses with few employees).

Mobile Deposit 

Deposit checks with just a few clicks right from your smartphone. Sign the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only”, snap a photo of the front and back of your check, then submit your deposit securely through our app. Available through the Norway Savings Bank Mobile Solutions app for iPhones, iPads and Android devices.

TouchBanking

Don’t have a smartphone? Access your accounts on the go using our SMS (Short Message Service) text messaging service. 

Log in to Internet Banking and choose “Mobile banking” from the Profile menu and follow the prompts. A text message will be delivered to your phone with easy-to-follow instructions to activate your Mobile Solutions service. 

Once enrolled, you’ll be able to check account balances, review recent account activity, and find ATM and branch locations by texting the codes below to 96924.

If your business has one user (typically sole proprietorships and those with few employees), then Bill Pay for Small Business is the right choice.

  • Send money to friends and family with Zelle®. All you need is their email address or cell phone number.
  • Same day/next day payments. Payments can often be received in as little as one business day, even that same afternoon if necessary.

To enroll in Bill Pay for Small Business, log into Internet Banking and click on your checking account number. Click on the “Payments” link at the top of the next screen and follow the enrollment instructions.

If you have multiple bill pay senders for your business and you’re looking for additional layers of securing payments, Business Bill Pay is for you.

  • Share payment details. Create bill payments once and share with other authorized bill payment users.
  • Dual control security. Dual control feature is available for a secondary approval option.
  • Group payments into categories. Organize your payments to create efficiencies for you and your staff.

Business Bill Pay is free for your business when you sign-up for e-Statements. Without e-Statements, Business Bill Pay is only $5.75 per month with unlimited transactions.

e-Statements

Say good-bye to paper statements. Sign up to receive statements online with Online Banking. Every month, we’ll email you to let you know when your statement is ready, then log in to Online Banking to view or download your statement. You’ll have access to 24 months of past e-Statements to view, right at your fingertips.

How to Enroll

To enroll in Bill Pay for Small Business e-Statements, log in to Online Banking and click on the e-Statements button. To enroll in e-Statements for Ecorp Business Online Banking, contact the Cash Management or Eservices Departments, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at 1.888.725.2207.
