As part of NSB’s data processing enhancement project, internet banking and mobile banking will be unavailable from Friday, May 17, at 5 p.m., through Monday, May 20, at 8:30 a.m. Telephone banking will be unavailable from Friday, May 17, at 5 p.m. until 9 a.m. on Monday, May 20. ATMs will be available all weekend to dispense cash and accept deposits, but account balances will not be available. NSB ATM and debit cards will work all weekend. New NSB Monthly Deposit Account Statements

Your Norway Savings Bank monthly deposit account statements will soon be changing and for the better!

Starting on May 21, NSB statements will have a new look and feature dynamic content that can help you save money, learn about a variety of different topics, and build smart financial habits.

The statements will still feature an account summary section with all account activity displayed in a more organized way. The new statements will be made available to both customers who receive print statements and those who have switched to electronic e-Statements.

In advance of this new format, is now a good time for you to consider switching to e-Statements? They can be delivered directly to online or mobile banking as soon as they become available. NSB will even email you to let you know when your latest statement is ready and provide access to past e-Statements for up to 36 months! In addition, e-Statements offer an extra layer of security from the threat of fraud and identity theft.
