COVID-19: Norway Savings Drive-Up Banking Service

This was not an easy decision to make because we know that this is going to create challenges for you, but in an effort to protect our employees and customers and adhere to “social distancing” guidelines, effective Wednesday, March 18th, we are offering DRIVE-UP BANKING AND ATM SERVICE ONLY. We will be temporarily closing our Maine Street, Brunswick branch because we do not offer Drive-Up Service at that location, and we hope to reopen all our lobbies in early April. Brunswick area customers will have access to the Drive-Up Service at our Cooks Corner and Topsham locations. Our Task Force will continue monitoring and responding to the evolving situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we will respond with updates to you via our website and through email.

If you need assistance with any issue you may be having or to make an appointment with a member of the branch team to discuss a new account or a loan, or to access your safe deposit box or other non-transaction business related matter, please call 888.725.2207.
Internet and Mobile Banking services are available 24/7 for checking balances, transferring money, paying bills and other functions. Also remember that you can deposit checks via the NSB Mobile App or ATMs.
Please continue to be diligent and be aware for scammers and criminals who may use fear/intimidation, trickery, urgency or disinformation related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to attempt to steal your sensitive, personal or account information. Norway Savings Bank will never request personal information through email/text/outbound calls.
