With wings flapping, Barnabee excitedly clapped and cheered on the participants in the 2026 Maine State Clam Shucking Contest, sponsored by NSB! Hundreds gathered to take in the always exciting event at the Yarmouth Clam Festival that featured amateurs, professionals, and celebrities competing in different heats to earn bragging rights. NEWS CENTER Maine’s Amanda Hill and Samantha York reigned supreme in the highly anticipated celebrity heats, happily receiving their gold trophy from Barnabee himself.
