NSB Surprises Trinity Jubilee Center with Holiday Donation

LEWISTON—In gratitude for the work and impact of one of Maine’s most essential support service organizations, Norway Savings Bank was pleased to drop by Trinity Jubilee Center last week to deliver a surprise $2,000 donation to the organization, one of many such visits NSB staff will be making to various nonprofits in the coming weeks. The “Holiday Helping Hands” donation is the latest contribution in many years of support from NSB, including a $25,000 donation in June to assist with the completion of the organization’s new home on 123 Bates Street. Over the past 30 years, Trinity Jubilee Center has touched the lives of countless people in Lewiston and across Androscoggin County, serving the hungry, the homeless, and others in need, and helping neighbors get through difficult times and onto the road to self-sufficiency.

“We are so grateful to Norway Savings Bank and all of our donors for making this possible and for believing in our mission, our community, and our neighbors,” said Erin Reed, Executive Director of the Trinity Jubilee Center. “Contributions from Norway Savings and other institutional donors are quite literally strengthening the fabric of our community.”
