NSB Donates $5,000 to the Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival; NSB Has Served as the Season Sponsor for Over 20 Years
HARRISON—The Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival presents and promotes high-quality chamber music performances, bringing the richness and acoustical balance of a small number of instruments to Lake Region crowds. Held at the historic Deertrees Theatre in Harrison, the summer festival offers a five-week series of chamber music concerts on Tuesday nights with a variety of instrumental combinations and familiar works balanced with lesser known ones.
For over 20 years, Norway Savings Bank has been pleased to serve as the season sponsor of the festival, including a $5,000 commitment in March.
“We’re so grateful for Norway Savings Bank’s decades of funding and being by our side each year. It means a great deal to the festival,” said Carol Madsen, Vice President of the festival’s Board of Trustees. “NSB’s generosity strengthens our ability to bring this music to people from Maine and beyond.
“We’re continually thankful to NSB for their support in ensuring this beloved festival continues to grow and thrive,” said Mihae Lee, Music Director. “These contributions enable us to reach people of all ages and instill in them an appreciation for the timeless beauty of chamber music.”
“We’re proud to celebrate the festival’s long commitment to bringing live and vibrant chamber music experiences to Maine residents and visitors,” said Dan Walsh, President and CEO of Norway Savings Bank. “It has evolved from a small tribute to a storied form of music into a beloved summer tradition for many individuals and families.”
