NSB Donates $2,500 to Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce
NORTH CONWAY—In recognition of the organization’s support of area businesses through forging partnerships and offering a wide variety of resources, Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce a $2,500 contribution to the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce. NSB will serve as a Premiere Sponsor of the Chamber’s Annual Meeting and Awards Cocktail Reception on October 16 at the Eagle Mountain House in Jackson.
“We’re happy to be able to support the Chamber’s work and this event in this way,” said Dan Walsh, President and CEO of Norway Savings Bank. “Empowering programs that strengthen the economic vitality of the Mt. Washington Valley region is a priority for NSB and a key to helping our communities grow and flourish.”
Norway Savings Bank has been proud to show its commitment to the area since opening its first New Hampshire branch in late May on 11 Commercial Drive (corner of Route 302 and Eagles Way) in North Conway.
“Norway Savings Bank is already making an impact through donations and involvement in area nonprofits, and it’s clear that the bank is committed to promoting a brighter future and being a part of the many amazing things happening in the Valley,” said Chris Proulx, Executive Director of the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce. “NSB is prioritizing doing what it can to be a key part of the economic growth and development of the wider community, and we look forward to celebrating the positive difference Norway Savings will make in the years to come.”
“We value being a member of this amazing community. The welcome we have received is beyond any expectations we had,” said Michelle Luce, Market Manager AVP for NSB in North Conway and Fryeburg.
“We strive to be a good neighbor, serve the people who walk through these doors, and assist those who need help outside them through our support of many local nonprofits,” said Walsh. “We’re grateful for the work of organizations like the Chamber and thrilled for the opportunity to partner with them in helping the Valley and its residents reach their potential.”
