NSB Donates $5,000 to Serve as Music on Main Sponsor in Bridgton
BRIDGTON—“Uniting Bridgton Through the Power of Music” is more than a slogan for Music on Main, it’s a promise fulfilled in the incredible scenes that play out at an already beloved summer tradition, bringing thousands of neighbors, friends, and area visitors together for food, connection, and of course, music.
At its start in 2020, Music on Main featured a monthly concert held on a makeshift stage surrounded by an audience sitting on wood chips and a handful of food trucks in an adjoining parking lot. Today, it has grown into a series producing some of western Maine’s most anticipated events with a professional stage and a full complement of food trucks. The enthusiastic crowds have grown from around 300 people to more than 4,000 people.
Norway Savings Bank is pleased to serve as a $5,000 sponsor of the series for its 2026 season, which begins on May 23.
“Norway Savings Bank is thrilled to play a small part in helping Music on Main serve as a showcase of talented local and national performers and a celebration of the arts and how they can connect people of all ages and backgrounds,” said Dan Walsh, President and CEO of NSB. “It’s a family-friendly atmosphere and once you attend one of the concerts, you realize how much energy and town pride has been created through this series.”
The concerts are held monthly from May to October on Saturdays with doors opening at 5 p.m. and the music running from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the large parking lot between Main Street and Park Street.
The 2026 season promises to be one to remember featuring EagleMania and a Quiet Riot Act on May 23, Classic Stones Live and Smoked Salmon on June 27, Coyote Island and Adrienne Mack-Davis on July 4, 4NRS Journey and Johan Bruce on July 25, Jerrod Niemann and Lexi James on August 22, Almost Queen on September 26, and Motor Booty Affair and Bandwich on October 24.
