NSB Promotes Michelle Luce to Market Manager VP in North Conway and Fryeburg

NORTH CONWAY—Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Michelle Luce has been promoted to Market Manager Vice President in North Conway and Fryeburg. Luce has served at NSB’s Fryeburg branch since her arrival at the bank in 2019 and at NSB’s North Conway branch since it opened in May of 2025.

“Michelle was an important part of the North Conway branch construction project, providing leadership and insight for the model and needs of the new branch. Her business development efforts have been sterling and her ‘can do’ attitude and kind-hearted nature are well-received by customers and team members alike,” said Dan Walsh, President and CEO of Norway Savings. “Her leadership, connections, and community relationships are second-to-none, and we’re thrilled to have Michelle leading the North Conway and Fryeburg teams as Vice President.”

Luce has over 25 years of banking and branch operation experience.

“I worked in three different locations at another financial institution, working my way from Head Teller to Branch Manager VP. I began my lending career there in 2010 and I led what grew into two of the most successful branches in Maine,” Luce said. “In 2019, I made the decision to move to Norway Savings Bank and it has been the best move in my banking career. I really enjoy the community bank feel that NSB brings to its customers and the areas we serve. Getting to know the people in the Fryeburg and North Conway area has been a wonderful experience for me.”

In addition to her work at NSB, Luce is active in community organizations in both the Fryeburg and North Conway areas, including service on the fundraising committee for the Western Maine Board of Realtors, End 68 Hours of Hunger, Valley Pride, Mother Seton House, Sunshine Backpack Program, and more.
