NSB Serving as Sponsor for Avesta Housing’s ‘Celebrating Home’ Event

PORTLAND—Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce it is serving as a $2,500 sponsor for Avesta Housing’s inaugural ‘Celebrating Home: Where Good Neighbors Build Great Homes’ event on Thursday, November 5, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Halo on Thompson’s Point in Portland.

Hundreds of attendees are expected at the gathering. Avesta strengthens communities by promoting and providing quality affordable homes for older adults, working families, recent immigrants, the visually impaired, and formerly unhoused individuals and families.

The ‘Celebrating Home’ evening will recognize long-standing community partners that have displayed leadership and generosity in making Maine and New Hampshire more vibrant, inclusive places to call home.
