NSB Names New Regional Retail Banking Manager RVP
PORTLAND — Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Kyle Hodgkins has been appointed Regional Retail Banking Manager RVP. Hodgkins (pictured below) most recently served as NSB’s Market Manager VP for its Portland branches. In his new role, Hodgkins will assist in the oversight of retail banking functions and branch administration as well as explore opportunities for growth in the bank’s retail portfolio.
“Kyle is an experienced retail banking leader and has a proven record of building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with customers and his fellow team members. He’s been instrumental in fostering effective cross-departmental partnerships as well,” said Randy Easler, Senior Vice President and Chief Retail Banking Officer. “We know that his drive to offer customers the highest level of service, care for team members, and genuine leadership style will allow him to flourish as a regional vice president.”
Hodgkins began his career at Norway Savings Bank in 2007 as a Customer Relations Representative before being named a Financial Solutions Specialist in 2010. He served as a Team Leader prior to being appointed Branch Manager in 2013. In 2017, Hodgkins assumed his current Market Manager VP role.
Hodgkins has played a key role in a variety of internal programs and initiatives at NSB, including as leader of a team that researches and implements innovative technological solutions to ensure the bank’s top-notch customer experience. He is also a member of the NSB Impact Team, which helps the bank be good stewards of financial, natural, and social capital in Maine, New Hampshire, and beyond. In addition, Hodgkins serves as a board member for the Maine Children’s Cancer Program Fund.
“I’m passionate about what Norway Savings Bank stands for and its well-earned reputation for building high-performing teams, encouraging the growth of team members, and ensuring customers have efficient and fulfilling banking experiences,” said Hodgkins. “I’m grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing my career at a place I’ve been glad to call ‘home’ for 19 years.”
The Gorham resident attended both the University of Maine at Orono and the University of Southern Maine and graduated with honors from the New England School for Financial Studies in 2019.
