NSB’s Naples Branch Donates $2,026 to Five Area Nonprofits in Honor of 45th Anniversary

NAPLES—As part of the 45^th anniversary celebration commemorating the opening of the Norway Savings Bank’s Naples branch, NSB invited community members to visit the branch on 621 Roosevelt Trail during the anniversary week (August 24-28) to help give away $2,026 to local nonprofits.

“All visitors were encouraged to cast their vote for a local nonprofit, and the money would be distributed according to their votes,” said Cathy Vose, Branch Manager in Naples.

The process led to large donations for Naples Food Pantry, Naples Volunteer Firefighters Association, Casco Public Library, Trickey Pond Environmental Association, and Pleasant Mountain Ski Club.

Visitors were also met with great treats, giveaways, and merchandise during the anniversary celebration.

“We’re so grateful for our amazing Naples community and we look forward to decades to come of building relationships and helping customers pursue the things that matter most to them,” said Vose. “We thank customers and non-customers for making this place so special and for the continued friendship and support.”

Other NSB branch anniversaries set for 2026 are the Bethel branch’s 30^th (August 31-September 4), the Falmouth branch’s 15^th (September 28-October 2), the Maine Street branch in Brunswick’s 45^th (October 5-9), and the Freeport branch’s 40^th (October 19-23).
