NORWAY, Maine – In an effort to better serve its customers, Norway Savings Bank recently announced promotions for two staff members in the Kennebunk and Saco markets.
Amanda Drouin has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Saco branch. Drouin joined Norway Savings in 2016 as a Customer Relations Representative in our Saco and Kennebunk branches. In her new position, she is responsible for business development in the Saco market with a focus on helping customers become home owners, as well as providing support for other life moments like saving for college or preparing for retirement. Throughout her career, Drouin has received numerous accolades and achievements including her promotions to Market Supervisor in 2021 and Assistant Market Manager of the Saco and Kennebunk offices in 2022.
Cooper Winslow has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Kennebunk branch. Winslow joined the Bank in 2021 as a Customer Relations Representative in our Yarmouth branch before being promoted to Junior Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) of the Portland market soon after. As a Junior MLO, Winslow leveraged his mortgage lending skills to help customers gain financing for homes throughout Southern Maine. In the Branch Manager role, Winslow will create and maintain business relationships in the Kennebunk community while supporting customers with their various life moments such as building or buying a home, saving for college or preparing for retirement.
