NORWAY, Maine – Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce that Jackie Curtis has recently joined the Bank as Vice President, Human Resources. Curtis will be instrumental in building upon the bank’s high achievement and support culture, leading recruitment and retention strategies, managing human resources operations/services, and partnering with managers bank-wide to ensure employees have opportunities to thrive and grow.
Curtis comes to Norway Savings Bank with more than 20 years of human resources experience in the banking and health industries.
Curtis graduated from the University of Southern Maine as well as obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Curtis is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Outside of her role at Norway Savings, Curtis is an active member of the Central Maine Human Resources Association as well as the Society for Human Resources Management.
