NORWAY, Maine – Norway Savings Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of five employees; Sharon Breytenbach, Vice President, Controller; Ryan Dillingham, Assistant Vice President, Assistant Network Manager and Administrator; Frank Farrell, Assistant Vice President, Systems Administrator and Assistant Mainframe Manager; Jessica Lilly, Assistant Vice President, Sageworks Administrator; and Vincent Osgood, Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending.
Sharon Breytenbach joined the Bank in 2012 as an AVP of Accounting. Sharon came to the Bank with over 20 years of experience in accounting. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and an MBA with a major in Taxation. She has served as treasurer on the board of the Boxberry School, an alternative elementary school in Harrison.
Ryan Dillingham came to NSB in 2007 in the role of IT Help Desk support. His proficiency with information technology and outstanding customer service resulted in several subsequent promotions. In addition to participating on several bank-wide committees and task forces, Ryan holds several technical designations including Certified Virtualization Expert (CVE) and Certified Ethical Hacker.
Frank Farrell started his IT career in 2004 and joined NSB in 2013. Over the last six years, Frank has made significant contributions to the Bank’s success and has demonstrated a commitment to learning and professional growth. He is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and participated in the Bank’s mentoring program which helped him build his leadership and training skills. He volunteers his time with the Cub Scouts and, in 2018, was awarded the Lighthouse Award – a shining example of the principals of the Boy Scouts of America.
Jessica Lilly began her career at NSB in 2007 as a teller in the Naples Branch. During her tenure in the Retail Banking department, Jess received numerous Culture Awards and the highly-coveted NSB Employee of the Year award in 2010. In 2014, she was promoted to commercial credit analyst and, since then, has participated in numerous high-impact projects – all while earning her Associates Degree at Central Maine Community College.
Vincent Osgood joined NSB in March 2014 as a Junior Commercial Loan Officer, primarily serving the Naples, Bridgton and Fryeburg markets. In 2018, he took on added responsibilities including business development in new markets and acting as a key contributor during the implementation of an automated commercial lending system. A civic-minded man, Vince is a trustee of the Fryeburg Fair, a board member of the Fryeburg Recreation Department and was named co-winner of the Mt. Washington Valley Economic Council’s Volunteer of the Year Award.
