Advance Service Interruption Notice for Transition to New Digital Banking Platform

Online banking and mobile banking only will be unavailable from Friday, Jan. 24, at 5:30 p.m. through Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 8:30 a.m.
During that time: NSB ATM and debit cards will still work; NSB branches will be open during regular hours; telephone banking will still be available; and the NSB Customer Care Center will be available to assist you on weekdays (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Saturday (8 a.m. to 3 p.m.),
and Sunday (9 a.m. to noon) at 888.725.2207.

New Digital Banking Experience –
Coming January 2025!

We are thrilled to announce that Norway Savings Bank’s new digital banking platform will arrive in 2025 and greatly improve your online and mobile banking experience, both for consumer and business customers alike! The platform is an incredible technological step forward that allows NSB to continue providing you with unrivaled service and the best 24/7 financial tools.

The new features will extend beyond the benefits listed below, including a consistent customer experience. Whether you use your desktop, tablet, or phone, you can perform the same tasks on each device with a uniform interface. There will be no need to learn how to complete tasks on different devices. The enhancements deliver the most efficient and easy to use online experience in our history!

Implementation Interruption

To ensure a secure transition that is as seamless as possible for you, online banking and mobile banking at NSB will be unavailable from Friday, January 24, at 5:30 p.m. through Tuesday, January 28, at 8:30 a.m. During that time: NSB ATM and debit cards will still work; NSB branches will be open during their regular banking hours; telephone banking will still be available; and the Customer Care Center (888.725.2207) will be available to assist you, as always, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, January 25, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, January 26, from 9 a.m. to noon.

On Tuesday, January 28, you will have to log back into online and/or mobile banking through a two-factor authentication process using your existing username and password.

For online banking, simply visit norwaysavings.bank and click on the “Login” box in the upper right corner of the homepage to begin this quick process.

For mobile banking, if you are using an iPhone/Apple product, you will just need to update your current app in the App Store. Other devices will require you to download the new NSB Mobile app.
